 Cooking with my family when I was young instilled a love for food that would propel me through the rest of my life. I started working in restaurants in 2012 while I was attending college, where I developed my deep-seated love for food, and creating memories for my guests. Since graduating from IUP Culinary, I have found myself at famous  resorts such as the Pinehurst Resort in North Carolina, and the Five-Star, Five-Diamond American Club in Wisconsin. I learned the importance of fine detail in food, and honed my skills in creating large scale events. 

 

I have worked in many different sectors of the industry including, hotels, restaurants, resorts, and colleges. In my years of service to the people around me I have created many amazing relationships along the way at all different levels of cooking. My goal is to supply both top quality food, and wonderful memories to you, my client.
